Can ELARIS North Shore be my primary care provider?
Yes. ELARIS North Shore provides primary and preventive care for appropriate patients within the scope of the practice. Depending on your individual health needs, additional specialty care or services outside ELARIS North Shore may also be recommended.
Do I need to become a member?
No. Primary & Preventive Care is available through individual visits. Membership is available for patients who prefer an ongoing relationship with enhanced access and additional member benefits.
What types of health concerns can I see ELARIS North Shore for?
ELARIS North Shore can evaluate and treat many common acute illnesses and routine primary-care concerns, provide preventive care, manage appropriate chronic health conditions, review medications and help determine when additional testing or specialty care may be needed.
Do you provide annual physicals and preventive care?
Yes. Preventive care may include a comprehensive health review, risk assessment, age-appropriate screening recommendations, physical assessment and laboratory testing when clinically appropriate.
Will I need laboratory testing?
Not necessarily. Laboratory testing is recommended based on your health history, symptoms, medications, preventive-care needs and clinical evaluation.
Are laboratory costs included in my visit?
Laboratory testing is separate from the cost of your ELARIS North Shore visit unless specifically stated otherwise. Any recommended testing and associated options can be discussed with you before testing is completed.
Can I come to ELARIS North Shore if I’m sick?
Yes. ELARIS North Shore can evaluate and treat many common acute illnesses and minor health concerns, such as respiratory symptoms, sore throat, sinus symptoms, urinary symptoms and other appropriate primary-care concerns. Some conditions may require an in-person examination, testing, urgent care, emergency care or referral depending on your symptoms and clinical needs.
Are telehealth visits available?
Yes. Certain follow-up and focused visits may be completed through telehealth when clinically appropriate. Some concerns require an in-person examination or testing.
Does ELARIS North Shore accept insurance?
ELARIS North Shore is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Transparent pricing allows us to focus on personalized care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based models.
