Yes. ELARIS North Shore provides personalized primary and preventive care, including routine health visits, preventive screenings, evaluation of new concerns, chronic condition management, medication management and ongoing health planning.

Do I need to be a member to receive primary care?

No. ELARIS North Shore offers both Membership Care and individual self-pay visits. Membership is designed for patients who want an ongoing care relationship, enhanced access and additional member benefits, while individual visits are available without a membership commitment.

What can ELARIS North Shore help manage?

Do I need lab work before my first visit?

Not necessarily. Any recommended laboratory testing will be based on your health history, current concerns and clinical needs. If you have recent lab results or medical records, you may be asked to provide them for review.

Does ELARIS North Shore accept insurance?

ELARIS North Shore is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Transparent pricing allows us to focus on personalized care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based models.

How often will I be seen?

Your follow-up schedule will depend on your individual health needs, goals and treatment plan. Some patients may need closer follow-up, while others may be seen primarily for preventive care and periodic health monitoring.
